Since our last update, the contractor has completed removals along Anna Way. Due to the weather this past week, the contractor has adjusted their schedule over the next two weeks to the following work as listed below. Please note that the contractor plans to begin removals in Phase 6B on the 14th of July.

Phase 4 (Walnut Street):

  • Next week: The grading crew will be on site throughout next week placing topsoil throughout areas that were disturbed during construction. During this process, we ask residents to park outside of the construction limits to allow room for the contractor to work in.

Phase 5 (Ivy Lane):

  • Next week: Throughout next week, the concrete crews will construct concrete driveways along Ivy Lane.

  • Week of 7/7: Grading crews will be on site placing topsoil along disturbed areas of the project. Ivy Lane will remain closed until the topsoil is in place along Ivy Lane.

Phase 6A (Elm Street):

  • Next week: Storm sewer boxes throughout Phase 6A will be constructed in preparation for curb and gutter.

  • Week of 7/7: Concrete crews will be on site to prepare to place curb and gutter along Elm Street. Once the curb and gutter is in place the concrete crew will begin constructing concrete driveways.

Phase 7A (Anna Way):

  • Next Week: The underground utility crew will begin installing sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer throughout the week.

  • Week of 7/7: Utilities will continue to be installed throughout Phase 7A including sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer.

Phase 6B (Milwaukee and Grand Avenue):

  • Next week: The contractor plans to begin removals on Monday, the 14th of July. Once work begins, residents will not have access to their driveways and will need to park outside of the construction limits or make other arrangements.

  • Week of 7/7: Utility crews will move into Phase 6B once the utilities in Phase 7A are installed. Utility facilities to be installed throughout Phase 6B include sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer.
