Construction Update

Since our last update, the contractor has placed curb and gutter and began constructing driveway approaches along Anna Way. The asphalt crews also paved along Grand Avenue, Milwaukee Avenue, and Elm Street. Below is a summary of the work over the next couple of weeks.
Elm Street, Milwaukee Avenue, and Grand Avenue (Phase 6B):
Next week: The contractor will begin to construct driveways late in the week along this Phase. The contractor is estimating that driveways will be completed within 3 working days.
Week of 10/06: When all concrete driveways have been constructed, the contractor will be on site to place topsoil throughout disturbed areas of the project. When topsoil is in place, this phase will be substantially complete and open to traffic.
Anna Way (Phase 7B)
Next week: The contractor will now prepare the road for asphalt surfacing. Asphalt surfacing is currently estimated to begin on Tuesday, the 30th. Once asphalt is in place, the contractor will begin constructing concrete driveways.
Week of 10/06: When all concrete driveways have been constructed, the contractor will be on site to place topsoil throughout disturbed areas of the project. When topsoil is in place, this phase will be substantially complete and open to traffic.
