Since our last update, the contractor has installed underground utilities on Anna Way and Phase 4 has been opened to traffic. Please note that the contractor plans to begin removals in Phase 6B on the 21st of July.
Phase 5 (Ivy Lane):
This week: Traffic Signs and Mailboxes will be reset throughout Ivy Lane this week. Once traffic signs and mailboxes are in place, Ivy Lane will be open to traffic. If you are in need of a contractor for irrigation repair, you can contact Darrel Miles, with Groundwater Landscape and Irrigation, at 605-370-3722.
Phase 6A (Elm Street):
This week: Concrete crews will be on site to prepare to place curb and gutter along Elm Street. Once the curb and gutter is in place the concrete crew will begin constructing concrete driveways.
Week of 7/21: Concrete crews will continue placing concrete driveways throughout Elm Street. Once concrete driveways are in place, the contractor will place asphalt pavement.
Phase 7A (Anna Way):
This week: The underground utility crew will continue to install watermain and storm sewer throughout Anna Way.
Week of 7/21: Grading crews will be on site to prepare the road for concrete curb and gutter.
Phase 6B (Milwaukee and Grand Avenue):
Week of 7/21: The contractor plans to begin removals on Monday, the 21st of July. Once work begins, residents will not have access to their driveways and will need to park outside of the construction limits or make other arrangements.
