Construction Update

Since our last update, the contractor has installed underground utilities along Anna Way and Ivy Lane (Phase 5) has been opened to traffic. Please note that the contractor plans to begin removals in Phase 6B on the 28th of July.
Phase 5 (Ivy Lane):
Ivy Lane is now open to traffic and is substantially complete. If you are in need of a contractor for irrigation repair, you can contact Darrel Miles, with Groundwater Landscape and Irrigation, at 605-370-3722.
Phase 6A (Elm Street):
Next week: Concrete crews will be on site placing concrete sidewalks and approaches.
Week of 7/28: Asphalt paving crew will be on site on Monday the 28th of July to asphalt along Phase 6A. Once the asphalt is in place, the contractor will begin placing concrete driveways.
Phase 7A (Anna Way):
Next week: Underground utility crew will be on site to install storm sewer facilities along Anna Way. Grading crews will be on site to prepare the road for concrete curb and gutter.
Week of 7/28: Once all underground utilities are complete, the contractor will begin placing gravel and curb and gutter throughout Anna Way.
Phase 6B (Milwaukee and Grand Avenue):
Week of 7/28: The contractor plans to begin removals on Monday, the 28th of July. Once work begins, residents will not have access to their driveways and will need to park outside of the construction limits or make other arrangements.
