Construction Update

Since our last update, the contractor has installed underground utilities along Anna Way and placed curb and gutter in Phase 6A. Please note that the contractor plans to begin removals in Phase 6B on Monday, the 28th of July.
Phase 6A (Elm Street):
Next week: Asphalt paving crew will be on site Monday to asphalt along Phase 6A. Once the asphalt is in place, the contractor will begin placing concrete driveways.
Week of 8/4: The contractor will continue placing concrete driveways along Phase 6A. When all of the concrete is in place, the contractor will place topsoil throughout disturbed areas of the project limits.
Phase 6B (Milwaukee and Grand Avenue):
Next Week: The contractor plans to begin removals on Monday, the 28th of July. Once work begins, residents will not have access to their driveways and will need to park outside of the construction limits or make other arrangements. As soon as the removals are complete, underground utilities will begin to be installed throughout Phase 6B including sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer.
Week of 8/4: The underground utility crew will continue installing utilities throughout Phase 6B.
Phase 7A (Anna Way):
Next week: Grading crews will be on site preparing the road for concrete curb and gutter.
Week of 8/4: Once all the concrete curb and gutter is in place, the contractor plans to place asphalt surfacing along Phase 7A.
