Construction Update

Since our last update, the contractor has placed curb and gutter along Phase 7A and installed underground utilities along Phase 6B. Below is a summary of the work over the next couple of weeks.
Phase 6A (Elm Street):
On Wednesday, August 13th, the contractor began seeding operations throughout Phase 6A. If you have any questions regarding lawn maintenance, please find the lawn maintenance guide below.
Phase 6B (Milwaukee and Grand Avenue):
Next week: The contractor will continue to install underground utilities throughout Phase 6B. Once the Sanitary Sewer is installed, the contractor will begin installing watermain.
Week of 8/25: Storm sewer facilities will be installed throughout Phase 6B during the week of the 25th.
Phase 7A (Anna Way):
Next week: Early next week, the contractor plans to prepare the street for asphalt surfacing. Currently, asphalt surfacing is tentatively planned to start on Wednesday.
Week of 8/25: Once asphalt surfacing is in place, the contractor will place concrete driveways throughout the week.
Phase 7B (Anna Way)
Week of 8/25: The contractor is planning to begin removals throughout Phase 7B on August 25th. Once work begins, residents will not have access to their driveways and will need to park outside of the construction limits or make other arrangements.

When are they going to come and seed walnut Street? also I think some spots need to be regraded due to all the rain we've had with no seed or grass its washed away spots now exposing alot of roots and not as filled as it should be.
