Phase 1-3 Seeding

Hello Everyone,

The spring growing season is upon us and the seed installed by the Contractor a few weeks ago along Perry Street and Maple is starting to sprout. We recommend residents now begin watering and maintaining the new turf as described in the Turf Maintenance Guide below. To encourage residents to water the new grass, the City will be providing a one-time $25.00 credit on the May utility bills. The credit will be applied to customers whose lawns were recently seeded. If there are any questions, please direct them to the project team. Thank you!
