Phase 4 Seeding

Hello Everyone,

The contractor completed seeding operations throughout Phase 4 on Thursday, August 22nd. We recommend residents now begin watering and maintaining the new turf as described in the Turf Maintenance Guide below. To encourage residents to water the new grass, the City will be providing a one-time $25.00 credit on the September utility bills. The credit will be applied to customers whose lawns were recently seeded. If there are any questions, please direct them to the project team. Thank you!
