Project Status

Hi everyone! Here is a quick update regarding the project schedule and what has been completed to date.

Underground utilities are nearly complete for both Phase 1 and 2. We are waiting for the water quality tests results before connecting the last remaining houses onto the new water main. Crews will continue installing storm sewer north of Walnut Street and the storm structures. During the next few weeks, crews will be onsite to complete removals (including the sidewalk) and grading the surface for the new road.

Phase 3 is anticipated to start at the end of July or early August, starting with road closures and demolition. Please note that the schedule presented at this time is an estimate.
