Project Status

Hello all,

The Contractor has made steady progress over the last several weeks along the project. Roadway and concrete crews are onsite making quick work of the roadway improvements. Below is a summary of work planned to occur over the next two weeks.

Phase 1

• This week and next week: Concrete work will occur throughout phase 1. The contractor will progress south to north completing curb and gutter, sidewalks and driveways.

• This week: Concrete street paving will occur south of Chestnut Street. Note: concrete sawing will occur during night time hours.

Phase 2

• This week: Earthwork crews will finish grading the roadway, installing gravel base course and preparing for concrete work.

• next week: Concrete work will occur throughout phase 2. The Contractor will progress from south to north completing curb and gutter, sidewalks and driveways.

Phase 3

• Removals along Phase 3 are tentatively scheduled to begin during the week of August 6th.
