Project Status

Hello all,

Over the last couple weeks the Contractor finished street paving and started sidewalk and approach work along Perry Avenue. Work also started on Phase 3, Maple Street, where removals are now complete and prep work for utilities occurred this week. Crews will continue to progress along all phases of the project. Below is a summary of work planned to occur over the next two weeks.

Phase 1 & 2 (Perry Ave)

• Next week: Crews will start rebuilding concrete driveways

• Week of 8/26: Crews will continue the remaining concrete work along Perry

• Week of 9/2: Crews plan to place topsoil and restore yards

  Note: Residents who have irrigation or underground fence that was damaged due to the project, please notify your contractor's and tentatively schedule your repairs for the week of 9/2.

Phase 3 (Maple Street)

• Next week: Underground crews will start sanitary sewer construction

• Week of 8/26: Crews will continue underground work
