Project Status

Hello all,

Since our last update, the Contractor finished concrete sidewalk and driveway work along Perry Avenue as well as installed sanitary sewer facilities along Maple Street. Restoration and underground utility work will continue throughout the project. Below is a summary of work planned to occur throughout the next two weeks.

Phase 1 & 2 (Perry Ave)

• This week: Crews plan to place topsoil and restore yards. Note: Residents who have irrigation or underground fence that was damaged due to the project, once your yard is topsoiled and graded, please have your repairs completed by 9/13

• This week: Temporary stop signs are planned to be installed to control local traffic

• Week of 9/9: Property Owners to repair irrigation systems

• Week of 9/16: Crews plan to seed areas that were disturbed along the project

Phase 3 (Maple Street)

• This week: Underground crews will continue to install water main and sanitary sewer facilities

• Week of 9/9: Underground crews will begin installation of storm sewer facilities

• Week of 9/16: Underground crews are expected to complete the remaining storm sewer and utility work
