Project Update

Hello all!! Welcome to the first blog post for the Southeast Infrastructure Project. We wanted to give a quick update to everyone regarding the status of the project. At their last meeting, the City Council authorized to advertise the project to contractors and receive bids. Bids will be opened on April 30 at City Hall. The successful bidder will be announced at the City Council's May 7th meeting.

The phasing plan presented at the public meeting has been updated to reflect the final construction documents and is viewable below. Construction on phase 1 was adjusted to reflect a late May start. Please note that the schedule presented at this time is an estimate. Once selected, the general contractor will develop their own schedule to complete the work. The contractor's schedule along with their contact information will be shared with everyone when it is available.
