Schedule Update and Project Status

Hi everyone,

Here is an updated project schedule, and since our last update, the Contractor has completed paving within Phase 3. Below is a summary of work planned to occur throughout the upcoming weeks.

Phase 1 & 2 (Perry Lane):

• Next week: Crews will return to address any outstanding landscaping and black dirt needs. Application of mulch on the black dirt is tentatively scheduled for this week.

  • Note: if you have any Halloween decorations in your yard, the spray-on mulch might get on them if they are close to the application area.

• Week of 11/4: Representatives from the City will perform a walkthrough along Phase 1 & 2 and create a punch list of items for the contractor to address before closing out those phases for 2024.

  • Reminder: Seeding has been postponed until Spring. If your yard has irrigation, they can now be repaired. If you have not been able to schedule these repairs, please reach out to the project team.

Phase 3 (Maple St):

• Next week: Construction crews will begin topsoil and landscaping work along Maple Street.

• Week of 11/4: Concrete crews will seal the joints along Maple Street. The road will remain closed to traffic during this time.
